Message from Founder

Yumi, founder of IT2, has spent many years supporting older adults and families through warm, intuitive, culturally-aware care.

Her work focuses on reducing the “invisible isolation” that quietly grows as family structures change – When children become busy, partners age differently, or daily life becomes harder to navigate alone.

She is committed to protecting the dignity and autonomy of older adults, and to creating environments, where they can live with comfort, clarity, and emotional safety.

Yumi believes that the future of aging must be built together– with neighbors, families, and community members joining as one.

IT2’s mission is to help create a kinder, more livable aging society – so that when we ourselves grow older, we can live with connection, cultural warmth, and emotional safety. Together, we can shape a kinder, more livable aging society for the years ahead.
