Reviews
Mrs. K.N
“The time Yumi spent with our father was truly special for him and for our family.
Since your departure, we have seen a change in him, and it reminded us just how irreplaceable your presence was.
We continue to care deeply about your well‑being and hope you will reach out anytime.
Your warmth and the gentle care you provided remain something we are profoundly grateful for.”
J Family
“Although my mother lives with dementia and often loses track of the days, she never forgets that Sunday is Yumi’s day.
Whenever she sees Yumi’s face, it is as if a small light turns on deep within her memory, and her expression softens in a way we rarely see.
Each time this happens, we are reminded of the profound sense of comfort Yumi brings to her.
Please be proud of the work you do, the person you are, and the difference you make.
As her family, this is what we truly want you to know.”
Friend of Mrs. C.B
“Mrs. C is a person with strong independence and a clear sense of her own will, and she rarely opens her heart to others.
Yet in such a short time, she came to trust Yumi deeply and began showing a sense of ease we had never seen before.
We are filled with both gratitude and
amazement at this change.
We want Yumi to know how rare it is for her to trust anyone.
Thank you, truly.”
From the Agency
“Yumi is a rare caregiver who embodies dedication, compassion, and gentle attentiveness. Her presence never goes unnoticed, and we hold deep gratitude and respect for the way she cares. Her consistent commitment to our clients is recognized and valued every day.”
